Daniel was awesome to work with! My realtor recommended him when we purchased our house recently, and I'm so glad she did! Daniel was easy to communicate with, punctual, so nice, and made our new deck look amazing! The deck was unsafe, and he tore the old one down and built a new one that was 10x better than before! He hauled away all the debris from the old deck, and he hosed off our new one when he was done (lots of recent rain, so the yard was a bit muddy), so he left it nice and clean! Daniel and his crew did an amazing job on our house. They painted several rooms on the interior of our home and the entire exterior. They replaced rotting wood on the exterior, moving furniture wherever it was needed. And they put all of the items back (inside and out) once the job was completed. Daniel and his wife removed wallpaper in our master bath and replaced light fixtures in several rooms. Daniel and his crew replaced our ceiling fan in our master bedroom and our family room (which required scaffolding since the family room has a two story ceiling). He also lime washed our brick fireplace which was an added request by me. We could not have been more pleased with their hard work, dependability, and trustworthiness! He's called the Most Wanted Contractor for a reason. Jose Daniel knocked on our door about a year ago offering to repair the rotted wood at our house. A lot of times when we've dealt with contractors they may give a quote for repairing a piece of rot here and there but he quoted for repairing the entire house, all four sides! When the work was done it was unparalleled to anything I had ever seen! Not only did he repair all of the wood rot around our entire house, but he also made sure that every piece of visible paint matched.
